Looking for a distinctive and natural venue for your holiday party? Treat up to 100 guests to a party that includes access to The Heard's Holiday Trail of Lights, a half-mile nature trail.  Lit with thousands of holiday lights and décor--many synchronized to music, the trail is designed to enhance, not overpower, the natural beauty of The Heard's scenic outdoor setting and features a 300 year-old bur oak tree.

Includes:

• Access to facilities from 5-10 p.m. (includes time to set-up and clean-up)
• Use of an indoor meeting room (Laughlin Hall) - perfect location to serve a full dinner, light hors d'oeuvres, or desserts
• Use of outdoor amphitheatre – ideal place to stage your own live musical entertainment
• Use of a semi-covered outdoor kiosk
• Access to Heard museum store
• Lighted holiday trail from 7-9 pm.
• Table and chairs, if requested
